The supervisor from the back office and the technician on site (or the customer if provided with the application) can highlight the fault by drawing on the precise point of the framed image. Each user can draw on their screen, thanks to augmented reality, to indicate the area of interest on the shared screen.
CMS AND BRAND CUSTOMIZATION
An integrated CMS (Content Management System) allows you to manage access, records and technical documents useful for assistance). At the end of the assistance it is possible to draw up an activity report to send to the office.
